My name is Attorney Gina Smith and my Family law practice is dedicated to providing clients compassionate counseling and legal representation.I am passionate about providing exceptional services to families and small business owners. My law practice places a special emphasis on how to use wills, trusts, and other legal documents to protect your family.

I was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2002 and have enjoyed a robust career since graduating, which includes serving as General Counsel for the Illinois Department of Human Services and private practice. Additionally, I have worked with several government and non-profit organizations to develop affordable housing in Chicago, Baltimore, and the Washington, DC metropolitan areas

While attending DePaul University College of Law, I was a Minority Merit Scholar and intern to the Federal Circuit Court of Illinois. I also hold a certificate in construction law from George Washington University. In addition to being a proud Alumna of Howard University, I also hold a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I. My professional affiliations include the National Bar Association, Cook County Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association. Finally, I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
